Unfortunately, we do not pay for returned shipping! 

We strive to provide top-quality detailed products. 

While our pictures may not be magazine-worthy, rest assured that the item you receive is exactly what you're purchasing. 

As a small business, we can't foot the bill for return shipping, but we're more than happy to help with any legitimate issues you may have.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority! In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your products, fear not! Simply reach out to us within 3 days of delivery and we will work tirelessly to rectify the issue. If a return is necessary, make sure to send back your products within 10 days of delivery in their original packaging, undamaged. Your pain relief is our mission, and we're here to make sure you're happy and healthy! Once received and accepted, a refund will be issued back to your bank within 2-4 business days.
